What if I need a different size for a bracelet or necklace?
Resizing is free if you are able to provide your wrist size or necklace length preferred before the item is shipped. Any resizing after the item has been delivered will require customer to cover shipping fees for returning and resending.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards are accepted and securely processed through Paypal. Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information during processing, using SSL Protocol at 128-bit encryption key length (meaning the information is scrambled) which is the most secure level available. You do not need to open an account with Paypal to use this payment method. If you prefer, you can send a check or money order. Please email me for mailing address.
What are your shipping methods?
$2.99 for 1st Class USPS Shipping. Priority Shipping is avaiable for a flate rate of $5.00.
For international orders please email me for rates.
How soon will my order be shipped?
All order will be shipped within 7-10 business days or sooner. If paying by check or money order, it will need to clear the bank before the item(s) will be shipped. .
Do you provide a warranty?
In the unlikely event that a piece of jewelry purchased from Little Trend Setters breaks or needs repair because of a design error within 90 days of purchase, the repair will be done free of charge.
Please remember that each piece of jewelry is handmade and designed to last a long time. To help guarantee that you will have the jewelry for years to come, care needs to be given to ensure it's beauty and wearability.
Care Instructions:
To keep your jewelry from breaking, it is recommended that you do not wear it while bathing, swimming or during other activities that include the use of harsh chemicals, as they can damage your jewelry.
Most of the silver beads and findings used in my jewelry is Pewter.
Does Pewter Tarnish?
Pewter does not tarnish in the same way a copper or silver will. The metal will oxidize at a slow, even rate, which results in a rich patina. This patina is considered a valuable enhancement to your pewter, and shows the piece has been lovingly used.
Pewter jewelry should be stored in separate pouches so that the metal alloy does not react with the other pi eces. This naturally dull metal has a lo ok that is entirely its own and cannot be mistaken for any other metal. It is extremely versatile and the jewelry pieces look great at work, at home or at informal social gatherings.
What is your return policy?
It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange it for another piece, or return the item for refund, (less shipping charges) within 10 days of the date received.
